- 2 ounces bourbon
- ½ to 1 teaspoon maple syrup, to taste
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Orange peel, for garnish and to rub the inside of the glass with
- Optional or mandatory, if you ask me: 1 cocktail cherry
Mix everything and enjoy!
It's fun to experiment with different types of maple syrup and a little bit of cherry syrup works well, too.
