Indian Lentil Curry

Boil lentils with some cloves of garlic and little salt in  water

Boil 1 large cubed carrot and 5 cubed potatoes - until potatoes are soft, put aside

Fry:

  • dried chili, 
  • curry leaves, 
  • onions and 
  • mixed spices: bockshornklee, cumin, black peas, fenugrek


add 1 tomato cubed 1 fresh chili to lentils
add fried spices to lentils, keep oil for potatoes (optional)

mix 1-2 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp curcuma,  1-2 tbsp meat curry powder with water
add to lentils


add some coconut milk (optional)
salt to taste
