Tapioca pudding

1/2 cup granulated tapioca
3 cups milk
1/4 tbsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla

Combine tapioca, milk, salt, sugar and vanilla. Heat in microwave. wait - repeat.
Finally add eggs (be careful to add them only to a slightly cooled mixture), mix thoroughly and heat again, stir and heat until egg is all cooked.

Alternative:
Add some chocolate.

Saftiger Rührkuchen

Teig:
250g Butter
200g Zucker
4 Eier
250g Mehl
50 g Speisestärke
3 Tl Backpulver
1 El Kakao
1 Tl gemahlener Zimt
200g gemahlene Haselnüsse
250g Äpfel

4El Apfelgelee zum Bestreichen

Rührteig mischen und in 24 cm Springform füllen. Auf der unteren Schiene im Backofen bei 150 Grad ca 60 min backen. Abkühlen lassen. Durchschneiden und mit Gelee bestreichen. ggf mit Guss verzieren.

Chard and Nutmeg Farfalle

500g Pasta
400g Chard
salt and pepper
30g Butter
2 tbsp Olive Oil
200 ml Creme Fraiche
1/4 nutmeg, grated
100g Parmesan flakes

take the green off the chard and chop it (stems to be used in a different recipe). Heat frying pan with salt, butter and olive oil and add the chard. The water caught in the leaves is enough to cook it. Cook for 6-7 min, then strain in in a colander. Squeeze, to remove as much liquid as possible.

Add creme fraiche, nutmeg, parmesan, pepper, maybe more salt and chard to heat everything up. optional: Shred everything in a blender when heated.

2 El Chilisauce (optional, alternativ Chiliflocken)
2 El Sojasauce
1 EL Honig
1 El Senf
Chilipulver, Currypulver, Paprikapulver


z.B für Gemüse, wie Pilze, Paprika, Möhren, Zucchini oder Tofu

bei 230 Grad im Backofen (zwischendurch wenden!) oder auf dem Grill
